My story
As someone who is neurodivergent, living with both ADHD and Dyslexia, I understand what it feels like to face systems that do not always support different kind of minds. I beat the odds, earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University and have over five years of clinical experience. Today I'm dedicate to helping others who feel unseen, overwhelmed or stuck; find understanding, balance, and growth.
My passion for this work comes from a deep curiosity about how the brain and body hold onto trauma, and how healing unfolds when we give those experiences a voice.
In my practice, I aim to create a space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported as you reconnect with yourself, make sense of your experiences and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered and whole.
My Approach
My approach is individualized and collaborative, meeting each person where they are in their healing journey.
I specialize in both Neurodivergency and Trauma-Focused Care, using, CBT, trauma focused therapy, EMDR, and holistic integrations.
Many of my clients come to me carrying post traumatic stress, dissociation, or patterns connected to personality disorders. Together, we work gently and intentionally, using evidence-based methods while incorporating a mind body spirit practice for full-spectrum healing.
